Ecosystem News
Augury buys Israeli industrial AI Seebo for $140m
Israeli AI-based machine health monitoring company Augury announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Israeli AI-based process intelligence company Seebo, in a cash and stock deal estimated in about $140 million.
Augury and Seebo will collaborate to provide an AI-driven view into the diverse factors that influence overall production health. These correlated insights will enable customers to take actions that improve asset performance, process optimization, quality, sustainability and safety.

Quantum @ Ecomotion conference
Ecomotion is Israel's largest Smart Mobility community, comprising over 600 startups and 13,000 community members. It is a joint venture of the Israel Innovation Institute (NGO) along with the Smart Mobility Initiative (PMO) and the Ministry of Economy.
The EcoMotion Conference brings together the world’s leading companies in the smart mobility sector, together with 150 startup exhibitions and over 500 participating startups.
At the conference, Quantum Hub showcased a number of collaborations between the partners and startups at the Quantum Hub - Hyundai joint PoC Center pavilion.
The startups that participated in Quantum pavilion were : Hoopo, Safemode, Spinframe, Make My Day, Apollo Power, Electreon, Autotalks, Actasys, Kardome, Opsys, Corractions and Arbe Robotics.
In addition, we hosted several delegations from around the world at our pavilion: Taavura, VDL, Hyundai Mobis, NNG, ANADOLU, AB&BEV, KIA, CONTINENTAL, and more
In addition to the PoC pavilion, our strategic partners were also featured in the agenda as panelists and keynote speakers.
Dr. Youngcho Chi Hyundai, President & Chief Innovation Officer at Hyundai Motor Group gave a keynote speech titled: "The Road to Future Mobility".
In addition, Menno Kleingeld, CIO of VDL- took part in a panel discussion around 'The State of AV'.

SPARK #4 program opening
We officially launched the 4th cohort of our Quantum SPARK PoC runway program.
SPARK is a 13-week PoC Runway Program designed to connect MVP+ startups with our corporate partners for the purpose of creating successful POCs in the fields of Automotive & mobility, Industry 4.0, logistics and energy.
During the program, 8 carefully selected startups will build a PoC process with our partners on specific usecases- with leading champions from each business unit, with the purpose of scaling them to strategic and business partnerships.

- Monitor turnaround services of flights operated by Laufer and affiliated 3rd party service providers at TLV airport.
- Detect any safety and operational events and alert when they violate Laufer’s SOP (Standards Operating Procedures).
Results
- 15% reduction in turnaround time
- Decrease the probability of accidents by 10%
