Quantum Hub PoC Use-Case

The Situation

Fleets
Low supply of drivers is leading to careless and costly behavior of the drivers causing more accidents, high fuel consumption and high maintenance of the trucks.
Drivers
All the management tools monitor drivers with negative feedback and low recognition on there hard work.
What we did

PoCs with Galil Maarvi for a time period of 6 months that was divided into 2 stages:
Stage one - connect to the telematics of the fleet and define the parameters that need to be tested such as :
Acceleration, emergency breaks, sharp turns and futility ignition.
Stage two - divide the fleet into two teams for the comparison:
Team one with SafeMode app:
120 drivers
Team, two without SafeMode app:
80 drivers
Results

The results of the pilots were as follow :
- Total saving of 2.5% in fuel consumption
- Average of 63% app usage
-Average of 25% less on driving events such as acceleration, emergency breaks, sharp turns and futility ignition.
-Average of 28% less in accidents
SafeMode

SafeMode’s cloud-based solution enhances fleets’ safety and efficiency by shifting the focus to the driver. With a unique behavioral AI platform, it enables fleets and mobility services to provide fundamental values to their drivers, leading to proactive modification of their driving behavior

Speech Recognition Technology
VoicEncode's algorithm maps the spectrogram of the voice signal and extracts its meaningful features while eliminating non-relevant data in the process. It extracts the pitch, formants and other acoustic cues and phonetic information that are being created by all humans, therefore enabling the system to learn any language.
The algorithm performs compression along the time dimension and encodes the speech into a consistent representation, which enables easier and more powerful integration with machine learning tools.
